Request Quote - Add Products and desired Quantities to your cart. When ready to check out click Cart and click Checkout. Select “Quote Only” at Step 5. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon us receiving your request.
Place Order - Add Products and desired Quantities to your cart. When ready to check out click Cart and click Checkout. A Purchase Order number or Credit Card number is needed to process all orders and can be entered during Step 6 of checkout. Review your order and click Submit. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon us receiving your order.
Shipments - Most products are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the event that your order can not be filled completely, a partial shipment will be made with the backordered items shipped as soon as they become available. If you would like your order in one shipment, please specify when ordering. We ship via UPS, FedEx and DHL. If you have a shipping account that you would like us to use, please provide the account number.
Returns - In the event of a return, please contact us at 1-800-407-4527 to receive authorization. The packing slip and reason for return are needed for us to complete the return. Credit will be issued once the merchandise is received and reviewed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Shortages - If the quantity shipped does not agree with the items ordered, please contact us immediately. Claims on shortages must be made within seven business days of receipt of shipment.
Breakage - Contact us immediately if shipment arrives damaged. Keep damaged item, shipping container and all packing material for carrier inspection.
Liability - The products in our catalog are manufactured to the highest standards. AMK Glass makes no warranties to the fitness of any merchandise for any particular use and shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly. The suitability of the apparatus is solely determined by the user along with their competence. Safety measures should be applied at all times.
