1. General Use of Website

• The AMK Glass website is intended for business, academic, industrial, and research customers.
• You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• All content on this site, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of AMK Glass and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

2. Products & Services

• Our products are designed for laboratory, petrochemical, environmental, and research applications.
• Unless otherwise specified, all products are for professional use only and not intended for consumer or household use.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; actual items may vary slightly due to custom fabrication or manufacturing updates.

 

3. Orders & Quotes

• Orders may be placed directly through our online store or by submitting a purchase order via email or over the phone.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
• AMK Glass reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to order confirmation in cases of material cost changes or errors.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• For custom orders, it is typical for there to be a 10% swing of more or less items shipped. When custom orders are made, there are usually extra pieces made in case of breakage to ensure the amount ordered is fulfilled. AMK does not keep custom items in stock and will ship the additional pieces if applicable.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at time of shipment. Additionally, we can utilize a provided shipping account number to ship your order.
• AMK Glass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer once products are delivered to the carrier.
• Most of the items listed in this online catalog are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the event that your order cannot be filled completely, a partial shipment will be made with the backordered items shipped shortly.

 

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund or credit, glass must be unused and in original condition.
• Custom-fabricated or special-order products are non-returnable.
• Cancelation fees may apply if materials have already been procured.
• We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from AMK Glass. We cannot process returns purchased from other Dealers or Online retailers.
• Do not discard broken items prior to speaking with our returns department. Pictures may be required of broken/damaged items to improve packaging and shipping methods

 

7. Warranties & Liability

• AMK Glass warrants that its products will conform to published specifications at the time of shipment.
• No other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
• AMK Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
• Damage Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order.

 

8. Compliance with Standards

• Certain products are manufactured in accordance with ASTM and other industry standards.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine suitability for their specific application and ensure compliance with local regulations.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

 

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cumberland County, New Jersey.

 

11. Updates to Terms

• AMK Glass may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
• Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
